Regarding the glyphosate and and seeding a new lawn I'd agree, but at this point it's probably getting a little late to do that. If they do glyphosate now, you want to wait at least a couple weeks before seeding, which means lateish Oct. While you can seed then, you're rolling the dice with weather.
If you got some extra pylex lying around and you're in the Northern VA area maybe you can sell me a little to spray a small area of bermuda. The stuff is pricey for a homeowner.. either that or maybe next year I'll glyphosate late summer and reseed the area. It's only about 500sq ft where it's trying to encroach on the fescue.
I am in NOVA..... more than willing to make a trade....
