Hard to tell. Could be street level or overlooking the shaft. Likely to not have views of Central Park. I went to HS two blocks from there. It's an ok neighborhood but nothing to write home about though being on the park is nice.

We're starting to think about retirement and looking to buy an apartment in the distant future in NYC. Although we've owned property in the DC area, I'm not at all familiar with NYC real estate, except to expect a lot less for the same price.
