I was the first poster, but how old are you OP? Are you even in what you bring to the relationship or are you much further ahead? Either way still no, but you seem like you like him. Are you worried about scarcity? Do you have low self esteem?

They don't own a garage and he can't drive, so he doesn't have a storage space. he never learned how to drive and doesn't seem to want to.

Severe failure to launch. Current and future hoarder. Run away now.

Sounds like a millennial to me.

How does he get to garage sales if he can't drive?

He says he "might" start a wedding videography business. He has an associate's degree from a college in film.

Nope. I would find that sort of sketchy and strange.

Hell no. And I don't consider myself to be a snob. My husband has a blue-collar job and that's fine by me. But it sounds like your guy cannot support himself with his "job". Does he have health insurance? What are his future plans?

Does he have the education and ability to do anything else?

No way in hell. MAYBE just the reselling if he's very smart and it was a hobby and well worth the money. Definitely not because he has no other job, lives with his mom, and sounds like a mess.

Would you date a guy who makes his living by going to garage sales and then reselling the stuff on ebay? That's all he does. He sells comic book/action figure type stuff. He is 30 and lives with his mom. Their house is filled with all the crap he buys to resell.
