Now that the fall weather is approaching you can wear the tanks with built in bras (I buy at Nordstrom Rack) with a button down shirt or light cardigan, skinny jean or legging and flats or cute sneakers.

I wear yoga bralettes. Currently my wardrobe is running shorts, dry-fit tee shirts or tank tops. I'll occasionally wear denim shorts with a v neck/crew cut or tank. Hair is either pull back or high pony tail because my son thinks, it's hilarious to pull my hair.

I feel better dressed when I have made a slight effort. Cuter pants than jeans. A third piece like a jacket or cardigan over the top when you leave the house. A necklace (provided your kid is the kind to leave necklaces alone). Newer tee shirts (I actually prefer crew because I want less sun damage on my décolletage).

And always, always makeup. That's my line in the sand as a SAHM to three boys (well, two and half now that school is back in): I take five minutes to put on makeup because that is an adult thing I do for myself. Or if that's not your bag, skincare plus lipstick.

Your ribcage might just be bigger now and it's time for bigger bras, but my boobs are huge and I cannot contemplate life with only a shelf bra!

OP how old is your baby? I had that hot feeling for 3 or so months post partum, I think it was my hormones. Mine is 11 months now and my uniform these days is v neck cotton shirts and skinny jeans. Baby doesn't spit up much anymore though and I'm back into my normal wardrobe.

If you're nursing, I would get 5 or so nursing tanks and you can wear them under any normal shirt. Cotton is better for regular washing in terms of getting spit up on. As the weather gets warmer you might consider some button up shirts--great for nursing especially.

not trying to be snarky but do women actually wear polos these days?

Only sleeveless polos at the golf course, under duress. Polos for women are hideous.

I'm in the same boat, op. My uniform is a nursing tank with a shelf bra (love the ones from Target) and a patterned v neck t. I don't look stylish, but patterns hide the spit up.

I'd love suggestions for how to up my game, too. I feel really frumpy these days (being covered in spit up and still up 8 lbs will do that to you).

Of course they do. They look great on me.

I wear polos all the time of the weekends, and sometimes to work.

Does it need to be a nursing tank? Get the ones with the shelf. Super washable. For going out just layer one of those crepey super thin tops that everyone loves to make! Choose a pretty color or pattern and finally those thin tops will be useful.

I wear v neck t shirts. Polos I feel like make me look like a man. My shoulders look huge in them and I look boxy.

Polo is one step up from a t-shirt. And a v-neck is one step up from crew neck (below polo).

I forgot to mention that I'm currently wearing t shirts but I feel so big and frumpy in them, so want something a little bit more shapely.

I'm a FTM and just feel fried sometimes. And for some reason my bras feel so constricting and hot lately. I need something I can throw on and be ok getting baby spit up on but also be ok running out to get the mail or go out for a walk. Any recommendations? I was thinking maybe a non revealing tank top with built in support? Hate sports bras so those are out. I'm a small B cup so I don't need a ton of support.
