Even at Home Depot you have to order online to get the better stuff - their in store selection is pretty dismal. I say floor & decor or online

Another vote for Floor and Decor. We just used them for three bathroom remodels. Great pricing, good customer service, took back whatever we didn't use without issues.

Home Depot and Lowe’s tile can be fine. We got some Daltile plain white subway tile that is good quality. When it was time to step it up, we went to Conestoga Tile in Sterling. They have all ranges of tile.

You can go to best tile in rockville. Look at some fireclay and then order it direct from them. Even the cheapest selection at remodel stores are better than HD.

Not OP, but does Floor & Decor do install too?

Don’t go to Lowe’s or hd for tile. Floor & decor is one step up and has a giant selection. I like their Alexandria location. The Tile Shop is a small step up in price point but better quality.

I live in McLean, Va. I'm looking for a store that has a large selection of bathroom vanities & tile in the area. Most Home Depot in my location has a very small selection. I understand Rockville, Md. has a large showroom?

Yep. The only thing people at the box stores are good for is moving product off pallets that you can't reach (and even that can take a while). Do not EVER take the advice from anyone at the box stores as 99% of the time it's wrong. Learned that a long time ago.

We got tile shop and they had a decent selection of $1/sqft tiles. Not sure the big box provides that much better of a selection even at the low end.

Which home depot or lowes has the best selection of tile for bathrooms? A huge bonus if someone there can help! we have a decent idea of what we want- the prices for big boxes are definitely less than other places plus our contractor would pick up.
