OP I'd start with a child/family therapist who can do some triage on the disruption at home, as well as do a preliminary evaluation.
Sure there are, but kids with speech delays are often more at risk for ADHD.
Dr. Shapiro's class is pay what you can and give parents tools to deal with the disregulation.
