I think you may not be ready to get married.

Boyfriend is a true Aquarius and I a Gemini which does work out, but his negative traits are getting the best of me; unemotional, sometimes distant bla bla. While in most cases this works out for me, but at the same time I'm use to having more than one guy show me "attention".

I'm in love with my boyfriend and think he is the one, but I'm struggling with getting over the old me.

Anyone been through a similar situation? No I don't want to hurt him as I heard through the grape vine that he would like my hand in marriage.

As a 55 year old 21 years married woman, male friends are VERY important. There will NEVER be one man that can fill your glass 100% and women can't make up for what men can provide, as their perspective on life is so different! Most of my friends are men and they are the most consistent friends I've ever had. And almost no drama as well.

It's NORMAL to want other men to find you attractive and you can rest assured that your boyfriend likes female attention too! Just keep things within mutually accepted boundaries.

He's not the one. Don't settle.

Don't waste time with Aquarians. Find someone who can commit- and Aquarian is NOT it.

Yes, you need to dump this guy and go seek the attention you crave. Otherwise, you are going to make yourself, and your guy miserable for you will never be satisfied without all that male attention.

EXACTLY! You are correct Zach. If he were truly the "one" you would NOT NEED the attention of others (unless, of course if you are a narcissist)

To settle down you have to be ready, willing, and able. You are not so don't now. Maybe later. Your biological clock may drive your decision around 35.

Soooooo she didn't like you and so she let the relationship taper off and then eventually you found someone who did want to put up with you? Is that what you're saying?

Go away ZachF. Always making rude comments to people in the relationship forum. I've had enough of it

Oh hell no. I have no time for Aquarians. Trust me, my mom is one- that emotional distance NEVER, ever goes away. Even if you think they've opened up- Aquarians are just like that. Solitary, distant- they like the company of people but in terms of emotional closeness.... never gonna happen!

I used to date a Gemini, and I dumped him. Like you, he was very selfish and didn't appreciate a good thing when he had it. He also strung me along.

Gemini are impossible to satisfy, and I hope this man dumps you soon and finds a devoted partner.
