It's not advertised as that type of clinic.

You can specify a gender if there is a bona fide reason to do so. It can't be a reason based in stereotypes (e.g., women aren't strong enough to life heavy things, or men shouldn't work with children), but it's totally legitimate to have gender specifications in hiring if it's something like a medical practice where the patients have overwhelmingly expressed a preference for one gender nurse when the nurse is involved with intimate procedures.

No. Prisons and social worker agencies can specify specific genders.

It's permitted for certain jobs, like prison jobs or maybe for certain positions with TSA, if there is a bona fide reason. Like if TSA needs a female agent for same-sex pat-downs. Or if you need men to work with men in prison. It's illegal for your run of the mill white and blue collar jobs.
