My STBXH was on Tinder and Match before he even moved out of the marital home.

I met my first FWB on Bumble and my second on OKCupid. It really helps if you're emotionally unavailable and dead inside (which a recent dissolution of a long term relationship will do to a person). Problem becomes when you start healing and want something more.

She only got that advice if her lawyer went to law school in the 1940s. It does not matter a bit who she dates or sleeps with unless it somehow involves the children, and even then it probably won't affect custody.

There is zero leverage. I saw my ex on tinder and super liked just so she'd know I saw her. Meant nothing. We're separated. What could we do? Keep not having sex as punishment?

Not explicitly. What happens if you sleep with someone else, esp in a situation where the other spouse cheated?
