We have two kids there--our son since he was two who now uses the before/after care program and our two year old daughter since she was a baby.

At this point, I take it for granted how good it is. The programming is thoughtful and detail-oriented. It is amazing what they do with the kids. The teachers are kind and friendly, and the directors are very hands-on and approachable. Some of the staff have been there are really long time, and it shows in how they handle the kids and work together, but some of the newer teachers are among our favorites too.

As a parent, the teachers have offered us a lot of support too, which has been great. One teacher who retired really helped me during the worst of my son's age three meltdowns.

I have two kids there, and our experience overall has been wonderful. We have experienced two other centers so I can say with confidence that the teachers are (overall) engaged, there is a tremendous amount of activities/field trips/enrichment activities, and the teachers are caring. The two directors are as engaged and caring as I have seen. When I had one issue raised with one of the directors, it was very promptly addressed and resolved.

They have heightened education requirements for their teachers so they compete with Mont country schools for staff as opposed to other day cares. That can lend itself to some turnover, but in my experience they handle it as well as they can.

My preschooler has been there for a year. The teachers remain engaged throughout the day. I have never seen teachers sitting on their cell phones and ignoring students, like I have at other centers. The directors are very involved with the students. The nurses are also very helpful. Our child is very happy all day (and our child is there during almost all operating hours). Our child has learned a lot, developed a lot of self-regulation, has remained safe, has become potty-trained, is excited to go to school everyday, and is happy when coming home (and this combination hasn't happened at any of the other 3 programs our child had previously attended).

I think you've gotten a lot of general responses because parents aren't at the day care during the day, which is why they're paying for day care. I have stopped by at different times of day to bring my child to appointments, deliver lunches or snacks, and for meetings with teachers, and the high level of care remains consistent throughout the day.

Our kids are on the older side so our most recent experiences are in the pre-k rooms. The teachers are very experienced, but like every childcare center, there is some level of staff turnover.

The directors hold a monthly meeting with parents to update them on what's going on at the center, including staff changes. There are a couple of fundraisers per year. They go all out with special events and field trips in the summer. There is something on the calendar every day. During the year there are music and gym classes and a parent volunteers to coordinate weekly language classes for interested families. All in all it's been a great fit for us.

Our son has been in one of the infant rooms for almost a year. Very caring and professional administration and staff. There has been some staff turnover but I think that's to be expected even at some of the best centers. I also like all the outdoor space they have, indoor gym, special programming, etc.
