With some things. Honestly, 75% of it is pretty boring stuff that's not worth repeating. The other 25% sheds light into why I think the way I do or do the things I do. That I share with DH. He gets excited for me when ive made progress or a revelation. He encourages me when I feel like it's not working. He's a sounding board when I'm frustrated or need to work something out some more.

I'm very lucky

No. I don't trust him emotionally (with good reason).

My DH never asks. If I tell him about it I don't tell him everything.

If you want to share, share. If you don't, don't. You can say "I'm not ready to talk about it. I'll let you know if I am."

Starting with new therapist this week. Haven't been in therapy since parents divorce at 10 now 30s.
She's been in therapy for 5 yrs and recommended I start going. How do I answer if she asks about it?
