Moving up to partner level - absolutely. As a mid level grunt doing work, far far less important.
Possibly - but things like bonus, raises, promotions, and project staffing depend largely on your network and the reputation and brand you build within the firm. OP is not going to hit the 50k bonus just going heads down and doing what work someone else assigns.
That's a fair counter. I concede; those are all true.

Got pushed out of big law my fourth year, landed in house at a low level but cushy and secure job (make about 100k + 20k bonus), work from home 3 days per week. Potential interview for a senior consultant position, non legal but regulatory/patent/IP consulting position at a very well regarded, small firm. Could work 100% from home with up to 20% travel. Will make about 150k base with up to 50k bonus. I am a workhorse, but hate socializing/networking and couldn't hack firm politics. Fine on current salary but spouse is a low earner. Would you jump and risk the job security?
