Yes, definitely call. We hadn't gotten ours and they gave us all the info over the phone.

Our letters came today. I am PP who reported that our kids were assigned to two different stops last year. They corrected the mistake for this year, so I bet some of the delay resulted from data clean-up. Fingers crossed they have their stuff together this year.
