This may be correct, but that would also leave CJMS severely under enrolled.

Really? My kid's middle school has split articulation, and I haven't heard of anybody asking which high school a person will go to before deciding whether or not to be friends.

First let's establish that it's "chronically underused and underenrolled". In 2016-17, it was actually slightly over capacity. There's an enrollment decline in the projections, but the future hasn't happened yet.

My bad. Typing on my phone. Should say kids go to CJMS instead of Frost. Not sure where Pyle came from.

That doesn't seem crowded to me. It sounds like they need to create more students instead.
