Well, the new FBI Director, Christopher Wray, was confirmed two weeks ago. He would likely have played a role in reassigning Strzok. Maybe its Trump's way of attacking the process instead of going after Mueller directly as that would clearly be too costly to Trump.

I also know his name is Strzok but auto correct changed it to stroke. Does this help you understand?
