You must suspect him. In no way, shape or form would I think my DH capable of something like that. I would just assume it was dark and she had people mistaken.

#1. I would think my DH was innocent until proven guilty. Something is already off somewhere-- in his past, in his behavior, multiple affairs, something-- or you wouldn't go to guilty until proven innocent.

One accusation is prove it. More than one means he did something.

This sounds mighty trollish. Why on earth would you kick your husband out over a "what if" when you don't believe he did it? You sound like a horrible spouse if this is in fact not an imaginary scenario.

That's an interesting read, like she woke up from being drugged and told the cops "these were the guys I was drinking with". Sad as it is to say, that's a better take on it than my initial reaction, which was a group assault.

Sounds like either oil drilling or archaeology. Both of which often have 90% or more male crews. Gang rapes are not uncommon. Drugging women so they can be raped is not uncommon.

He was accused.

He's guilty.

Period.

A friend's DH was accused of sexual assault and cleared by DNA. If she'd kicked him out, they would be divorced right now. If you don't think your DH did it and he's cleared, you have probably killed your marriage.

I don't know where to begin. I am shaking.

DH works in another state for six weeks in a remote area during the summer. There is a woman who is accusing him, and multiple coworkers of his of sexual assault. He was questioned today in our home and swabbed. Which leads me to believe there is substantial evidence. DH is trying to brush it off, saying he doesn't know her and he just went to sleep that night.

I kicked him out and told him not to come back until he is cleared.

I'm completely distraught and emotional. I don't want him near me. I don't believe he did it, but what if?
