I don't have budget for it now but will eventually want to pave it with concrete or stones to make it grass free path. I am hoping for a DIY where I can quickly and cheaply kill off all the grass and it appears smothering the grass with plastic will work.
Can someone point me to buying the right type of plastic? It appears I need plastic that blocks UV and won't break down in the elements but would be permeable to allow water to go through. Any experts on this?
