Think 5 lb. containers of marshmallow fluff or 50 gallon drums of soy sauce. They do stock some meats that are hard to obtain elsewhere (think packer briskets, plate short ribs, etc.), various restaurant foods (frozen chicken tenders, etc.), and lots of restaturant supplies st great prices (sheet pans, tongs, pizza boxes, equipment, etc.). You do need a business license, though a KCBS membership will also get you in with a one-day pass (as many times as you want).
