Wrong. This is the official definition used by LE and applies to all statistics about gang crime. It includes what you call a crew of thugs.

First-- I'm surprised the number isn't higher. Seems like gang affiliation is a good way to get arrested, and a good way to survive in jail. Maybe I watch too many prison movie.

But, more importantly, WTF does Obama's immigration policy have to do with black gang members, Aryan gang members, etc.? Certainly you aren't implying that all gang members are illegal Hispanics, OP? The article says MS-13 is number 1, but "homegrown" Hit Squad is a very close second.

Clearly MoCo is discriminating against gang members, since they are such a minortiy in jail. We can only assume that the county is actively preventing others from getting in, and that kind of racist discrimination needs to end right now!

Plus, a huge tax increase to go along with it. Just because it's moco and that's how they roll.
