I had yellow walls in my bathroom and master bedroom and I had at least 10 people tell me it looked like pee. And how dated it made my furnishings look.

I would go with something like BM Linen White, which has a buttery yellow undertone and looks creamy next to bright white woodwork. I don't think you will be happy in the long run with all yellow walls.

Benjamin Moore Weston Flax is a gorgeous, pale yet sunshiny yellow. Highly recommend it.

+1. It's just so dated and 1990. I can't stand yellow walls.

A nice beige is good if you can't do white or gray.

NP, here. Take a look at Crisp Khaki by Benjamin Moore. It isn't yellow or gold, but it is a nice color with gold undertones.
