Yes. Not only because of the AC but for a dirty car and because he continually kept asking me which way to go. I don't know! I'm not the driver!
Good! I hate when obviously sh*tty drivers have high ratings because everyone is so afraid of giving out bad ratings. It doesn't help that Uber makes a big fuss for anything less than a 5, making the customer feel like they're being a bad guy by simply rating the driver accurately.
