I think a lot of people confuse a narcissist and an extremely selfish/self-centered person. Both are not fun to be around but they tend to be two very different things sort of like psychopath vs sociopath.

Yup. The are fascinating and charming and sooooo into you at the beginning. Easy to fall for. Much harder to escape completely.

Like they say, love is blind. Remember the hot guy in HS that everyone wanted? Overrated. The aggressive girl probably got him and now she's paying the price.
