The charm of old fashion home parties is that they are in your own home. Kids play in their own yards, playrooms or rooms. This would be odd. Plan games at a community or rec center or rent a party venue.

There are a lot more options, OP. A nature center, community center, park shelter, etc. Audubon does parties, College park aviation museum does parties, YMCA, etc... So many things to choose from!

No. Most or probably all Airbnb owners prohibit parties.

Thoughts on this? Nothing fancy but clearly more space for an old fashioned "home" birthday party. Would this work?
