They finished getting checked at approx the same time, and she was still screaming at him. He hadn't responded before, but finally couldn't take it, and said something like, "You were about to be checked. And you could have gone to that worker. All that fuss for 5 seconds of time." I wish he wouldn't have said anything, but she was unrelentingly upset that he "cut." Costco is a high stress place!!
