Any updates as to whether the Harrison is zoned for RPP? And any experiences in terms of living at the Harrison? How is the electric bill since it seems that everything is electric?


I answered this upthread last year - did you read it?

It is now zoned for RPP.

Given the location it would be nice if car free folks moved in there and the building across the street is going to be re-developed so parking is going to be much harder in the future.

DDOT manages the RPP program not the DMV.

Yes it is.

It wasn't originally and the real estate agents were telling people it was and then they were surprised after they moved in.

But it is a block from the Metro so a great location for folks who can go car free.
