Elena but I would call just by her full name. If you must use a nickname, Ellie is, imo, much better than Lainey.

Trying to decide between Emily and Elena. I love them both. Emily's nickname would be Emmie, and Elena's nickname would be Lainey. I love both these names and can't decide. Any suggestions? Middle name need to start with R or F. I was thinking Rose or Fiona as two options.
