The houses tend toward a "meatloaf with extra whitebread" aesthetic, not really my thing. Neighbors there are very self-selecting, you'll know if you can get on with folks. But prices do seem lower than in other areas.

There seems to be more inventory. New(er) to DC and have read articles on munitions. But why do people keep buying there?
