so many variables.... a decent act score will not get you intothetop 10-30 alone. A 93.4 gpa has to be placed in context with difficulty of chosen classes and other peers from her school that are also applying same schools. Then throw in ECs, sports, leadership and the required essays. Also recs can be very important... especially if the same teachers/counselors are writing them for many kids.

a 34 will get you in the look pile almost everywhere. But not enough info given in the OP to tell if that alone is "good enough."

That's fair but no one can really answer that question unless which schools she's looking at. My DC (Asian), even a 36 and other high stats weren't enough for top tier schools. So it depends...
