Maryland, on the other hand: the drivers are fast, but it doesn't seem to be personal. They'll cut in front of you fast and then speed away. I much prefer that to the driving in Virginia which seems to veer from deranged to purposefully obtuse. I've also seen hardly any incidences of true road rage in MD and seen countless examples in VA. I think it's because MD drivers are going too fast to care
My experience is pretty much the opposite. Maryland drivers are slow. They'll cut in front of you and continue to be slow. They seem to be unaware that there are other cars on the road, but since they all drive slow, it generally works out for them.
