How old are your kids? You might want to consider bringing bikes or renting them from the little bike rental store at the MarketPlace. We find riding our bikes is the easiest way to get around and into town.
Can you bring coolers of food and drinks into the pools? At the last place we stayed that wasn't allowed. Are kids allowed to play with pool toys? Is it easy to get chairs or do people get there super early? We will most likely be going to the pool at the Freeman fitness center on the tennis side.
