Op here. I will let her have 1-2 cookies for dessert if it's before 7. We have a no sugar after 7 policy bc she has trouble settling down and going to bed at a normal hour if she eats sugar late.
But it's not just the sneaking. It's the 4 ice creams at the pool. Not 1-2.
