I know 2. One pronounces it Loo-sha and is always just Lucia (no nicknames) and one pronounces it Loo-see-ah and goes by Lucy.

Well that's not how spaniards pronounce it (see Sex and Lucia) so I think there's more than one way. Just trying to figure out what Americans would expect.
