This is OP. I was 112 and a size zero and really didn't look great at all. Looking at my photos I was really skeletal. I think for my particular body type I need to be a little heavier to not look sick, maybe 118 or 120. I'm going to begin with a goal of 130.

Thank you. I feel like even 5 pounds make a huge difference when you are short(er). I can finally exercise and feel well enough to do the physical activity. Maybe I will set 10 or 15 pound goals then see how I feel at 130 and go from there.
