He has been on/off medication and we have had sexual troubles both times. He can get an erection but cant maintain it. He refuses to talk about the issue with me or anyone else. But I am ultimately affected.

OP - I am a man with ADHD have never had any problem with meds impacting my sex life. However, I am sorry to hear about the impact on your BF. I am sure he could try Cialis or one of its twins. Please keep us updated.

ADHD and hyper sexual. Sex only tempers a bit when depressed. Meds have never been an issue. Well, one for depression kept me from having an orgasm. And no, I didn't need the additional time.

Can you talk about this some more? Any links you can share? I'm not OP but I have a boyfriend with recently diagnosed adult ADHD, and we have long had issues with not having enough sex despite us both wanting to. I think his ADHD might be involved.

I was divorced in 2012 with 1 kid, I met my boyfriend in 2013. I make more money so we decided his income could pay diapers and groceries.
I also loaned him money $7000 to get started in culinary school. He started and finished the school and works as a line cook.
In 2015, I had a child with him, our sex stopped and he decided to quit his job to stay home with baby. I found out about his ADHD and he admitted to being diagnosed at 12. I helped pay for therapy sessions with a specialist.
Now its 2017, he is back to work, our sex life is non existent. He is still seeing a therapist and taking medication for his ADHD. I have given him the ultimatum to fix the sex issue or get out of my life.
He is good with the kids, he is working now and of course I love him. But I am sexually frustrated and do not want to cheat.
