I also understand that there are mixed reviews of GW vs. Shady Grove. GW is more convenient for us, so inclined to start there. Seems like Shady Grove gets better results, but is not as strong on customer service and could be relatively inconvenient for folks living in DC without a car. Is it weird to do your initial testing at one and then switch to another one?
