Pure encapsulations and Thorne are both very reputable brands. I use the Pure Encapsulations prenatal. It was recommended by both my OB and my naturopath.

Yea, I guess that's true. I wish there was a reliable way to evaluate these producers. I feel confident some of these things are frauds. Supplements are not tested by FDA and I don't love buying off Amazon but I accept that I may have to.

Literally everything seems to just have Folic Acid or Folate. Dr. said to look for methylfolate specifically. Why is this so hard?!
