Mini corn dogs.
I'm a picky eater and would eat the two bolded. I would not eat any of the "salads" mentioned above this post or corn dogs. No broccoli slaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, deviled eggs, etc. That's all disgusting (plus especially when it's been sitting outside in the heat - it's food poisoning waiting to happen).

I like to make buffalo wings - they're very popular and easy to make in the oven.

Halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, crumbled feta cheese, and a vinaigrette dressing. Optional additions: thinly sliced red onion, sliced olives, or shredded romaine lettuce (the lettuce is a nice addition, but it can get wilty if it's hot out).
Or a mixed caprese-style salad with cherry tomatoes, cubed fresh mozzarella, and basil leaves, sprinkled with a dash of salt and tossed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

My go-to is chocolate chip cookies or brownies. The chocolate chips may get melty, but you don't have to worry about eggs spoiling in the heat or salad greens wilting. And who's not going to take a chocolate chip cookie if it's on the table?

Rice Krispy treats. They go fast and hold up well in the heat.

German potato salad ( from a WaPo recipe)
Pasta salad: I usually make Rachel Ray's spinach tortellini salad
Tea sandwiches
Deviled eggs with various fillings
These may look low brow but I have never had any leftovers.
