Not only were we too drunk and tired to do it on our wedding night, we were too hungover to do it the next day hahaha. We also were living together and having sex on the regular so it wasn't a lot of pressure. Had great loving romantic sex the day after the day after

you're only expected to have sex on your wedding night if you have never had sex with each other before.
I was 3 weeks pregnant and exhausted, the party didn't end until 2 or 3am. Definitely no sex for us.

Wait how did you even know you were pregnant?

We didn't either, same situation as you. We did the next day when we were back at home though!

We did it, just because we felt like we had to do it, or should do it. We were exhausted and it sucked.

DH was drunk as a skunk and passed out 2 minutes after we got to our hotel room.

I could have done it!

But our marriage is fine, 9 years later.

I really hope you weren't married yesterday and are now posting on DCUM. Step away and get to staring lovingly into your spouse's eyes. Or having sex. Or something.

We didn't have sex on our wedding night. Way too tired and then had an after party until late with some out of town friends. We had glorious sex the next day after family brunch and lazed in bed all day after that.

We didn't have sex on our wedding night (granted we were already living together so it's not like we were saving ourselves for that night).

But we did have an amazing honeymoon

So much gets crammed into the actual wedding day, so don't worry about it!

Don't worry - it doesn't mean the marriage is doomed or anything. DH and I made out after the wedding and then fell asleep and then had sex in the morning.

Long story short.
The day began at around 6AM and did not conclude until after the reception which ended around midnight.
We left early but by the time it was all over sex was the last things on both of our minds.
We were exhausted.
