Even though they are out of your price range, I adore Tieks. I've had two foot surgeries, broken toes, plantar fasciitis and Tieks are heaven for me. In my opinion I'd rather buy one pair of them than spend the same amount of money on 2-3 pairs that aren't as comfortable.

OP, you really have to try on shoes to know what's comfortable for you. Everyone's feet are different, and flats really depend on the exact shape of your foot (i.e. are your feet narrow/wide, arches high/low, heel narrow/wide, etc).

Personally, in your price range, I've found Brooks Brothers flats on sale to be comfy and in your price range. They are having an additional 25% off right now, so worth taking a look.

Como Corso flats have substantial arch support, but it really depends on your style whether they'd work for you. I also have Missoni and Ferragamo flats that I find pretty comfy, but they are both out of your price range.

Flats are tricky to shop for online because they really have to have a flexible sole to be comfortable. Most of them have hard soles and hard, ungiving uppers, which makes them torture.

I also find anything decorative on the toe box (bows, flowers, etc) really detract from a polished look. So for me, something like this works:

Clarks have been great for me.

OP here - oh, and I'd like them to have some arch support. I have high arches and a wide-ish toe box (although I don't typically wear Wide shoes, just in Cole Haan).

I have a fairly long walk between where I park and my actual office, sometimes I wear ankle pants, sometimes I work at a standing desk - all of this leads to need for comfortable, work appropriate flat shoes. Any recommendations? I prefer to spend no more than $150.
