A score of 375-399 is in the eligible retake range. If you don't hear anything the score was either a 400+ or 374-.
Parents are notified fairly quickly because the test window ends soon and schools have to reteach/remediate for those who will be retaking the test.
I can typically see my students' scores the same day.
