The 1st sentence says that Kingsbury is the owner.

Kingsbury told parents that the building will be sold to a "bilingual charter school." Starting in 2018-2019 and continuing for the next 6 years, Kingsbury and the other school (presumably LAMB) will co-locate. Kingsbury currently uses only half of its building, so there's plenty of space. During those 6 years, the board of trustees will decide how to use the money raises through the sale of the building -- to buy, lease, or build a space in their current neighborhood.

Has enrollment dropped? Are prospective families choosing other schools and the DC location is inconvenient to them?

LAMB won't put it on its website until it is approved by the DC Public Charter School Board.

Kingsbury is probably just moving - not closing.

Can you quote what was said or link to the LAMB website where it says this? It may be pure speculation or Devos already devouring SN schools.

I see from the D.C. Public and charter school forum that LAMB is probably moving into the Kingsbury space. Does anyone know where Kingsbury is going?
