Not familiar with anyone doing DCYFC but our DC started in PPA in U10 and has thrived. The level of play and quality of coaching is so far ahead of what we were used to in rec soccer. He's now in his third year of PPA Premier and loving it.

I think DCYFC is better. Just judging on having seen each play and feedback from other parents. At that age group, I think either one will be fine. It's about development. As long as your kid has fun and continues to develop everything is okay. If you have a top kid(one who has the ball on a string, touch, etc) you should get private training in addition. If you are just coming from rec, do the training(no private coaching) for 6 months and see where everything is.

It will depend on the coach and how far you have to travel for practice. What age group?
