I understand that summer is rainy but has the best air quality so hopefully it won't be as much of an issue as at other times of the year.

I have Tmobile and it's free data globally. I uber everywhere it's available.

You can get free coverage from AT&T in Mexico (depending on your plan.) I don't know about other providers.

+10000 on uber. So cheap and reliable. Buy a sim card from the airport or from any OXXO (like 7-11). You'll have plenty of data for phone.

We just did this in December--it was great. The Papalote children's museum is world class. We also enjoyed Chapultepec Park (zoo, castle etc) in Polanco as well as well as the Inbursa Acquarium and the Museo Anthropologia. I heard good things about Kidzania, but didn't have time to get there. If you have time to venture further away from the Condesa area, the Xochimilco canals are beautiful (and especially lively on Sundays) and the pyramids at Teotihuacan are amazing and my 5 year old loved climbing them.

My husband has a work trip to Mexico City and I will be tagging along with our 3 year old and 5 year old. We'll be staying in an apartment in Condesa for 2 weeks. Any tips on what I should do with the kids while he's working?
