The Washington Times article said 1,378 people were arrested nationally, of which 3 were "Dreamers" i.e. had DACA status. That really doesn't warrant putting Dreamers in your title or in the Times title.

11 were in falls church. 3 were part of the dreamers amnesty program. Many are being deported.
