HIIT really helps me with weight loss, but it's not the only thing I do, by any means. I do my weight training separately and usually have some longer hikes or other things.
Ah, thanks, good to know! I'm overweight, but love to work out. I just don't have the time right now to devote my usual hour in the gym 4-5 days per week, so to get me through the next 1-2 months, am considering trying HIIT workouts that I can do at home at 5am. I'm 4 months postpartum and need to jumpstart my weight loss (I'm already doing well with regard to the food intake portion of the equation).
Can you give me an idea of how much you do per week in addition to your HIIT workouts? How many HIIT workouts do you do per week?
