I really like Jari Love's videos. Her workouts are longer than what you want (an hour +) but many of them can be viewed as shorter segments--for example her Extremely Ripped 1000 video you can do "cardio +weights" or you can do just cardio, or just weights.

Any favorite videos? I'm finishing up 30 day Shred now and there's a noticeable difference, but it's killing my knees, so I'd like to try something else after the 30 days.
30 minutes or less is all I have each day, but willing to do daily. Total body workout, not a specific area, as belly, hips, and thighs are all needing some tightening.
