NP. I've had several kids go through the AAP centers, and I completely agree with the warning 11:23 gives.

^^ Not OP, but thank you for posting 11:23. I've been having second thoughts about moving my second grader to the center next year, and this is exactly what I needed to hear.

I've a raising sophomore, was in the same boat when DC was in third grade and decided to stay at base, believe me DC get bored and we regretted for staying at base (which had better rating than center and smaller class size.. great staff). I would recommend going to the center, I don't believe in what the base promises local level IV. Kids benefit from having like minded kids around them.

You would have received the NNAT and Cogat scores by mail but as PP said you can now ask the AART for the packet.

Go to the AAP orientation at the center school and see what they have to say. If it's a good fit for your kid, send him. If it doesn't sound like something beneficial, don't. Scores are for qualifying, not making a decision about whether or not to send.

You can't get test scores off of Blackboard. The NNAT and CogAt scores were either mailed or sent home from school. You only have a WISC usually if you paid for it privately. DRA scores are something the teacher would know, but we've only gotten one or two official notices home (when scores were unusually high or low compared to grade-level).

You can ask your base school AART to see his file if you need score info or to know what his teacher put on his GBRS or work samples.
