Or the healthy food pictures will be posted by a fat friend who is trying to lose weight, which I think is great. When I worked with a nutritionist years ago (grew up a fat kid & had horrible eating habits inherited from my family), the main thing she stressed was being accountable for what you ate. If you cheated, cheat and write it down. Go back later and figure out why you cheated or what made you want those two cupcakes. Taking a pic is even more "honest" when being accountable with yourself. You can lie when writing it down but you can't lie too much when you're snapping pix for the 'gram.
