MA kids do well compared to other states, but they are still behind some Europeans and Asians. Not sure why since they spend a lot more money on their schools than we do.

I also have no intention of dealing with that winter ever again. It is important to me to be near a metro, and I would prefer a SFH but open to multifamily. Budget up to $1.25mm. Prefer 4 bedrooms but could live with 3. I understand some neighborhoods (Kalorama, etc.) will be out of budget.
