Love it. Considered it for my first daughter, as Eric is her grandfather's name, but we went with something else. But I love it, and I don't know a single Erica under the age of 37!

I am an Erica and have always felt that it hit the sweet spot between "real, normal name" and "not ridiculously generic/popular."

Only downside is there's no nicknames which I didn't like as a kid because my brother went by a nickname. No fair! He gets two names! But I know that's a bonus for most people.

Love it. Really love it.

My best friend from law school is Erica, and she SO smart and SO kind ... very positive associations for me.

She likes her name bc it's easy to navigate in many languages.
